Who we are

Richmond KY Foundations is an independently operated local quote-request service for Richmond & Madison County. We connect homeowners with local contractors. We are not a contractor and do not perform the work.

What we collect

When you call or submit a form, we collect the details you provide — name, phone, email, location, and a description of your issue — plus basic technical data such as the page you arrived on and campaign source (UTM) parameters.

How we use it

To respond to your request and connect you with a local specialist who can inspect and quote the work, and to improve our service. We do not sell your personal information.

Phone and text consent

By submitting a request or calling, you consent to be contacted by phone, text, or email about your inquiry, including by autodialed or prerecorded means where applicable. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or asking us to remove you.

Call recording

Calls may be monitored or recorded for quality and routing. Kentucky is a one-party-consent state; where required we disclose recording at the start of the call.
